My sister and I decided to give this a try. It took us 6 fingers before we finally got it right. Yes I said fingers. It's a little harder then it looks but the end results are awesome. Try it out!
Excuse the messy nails, we didnt clean it up before taking pics!
So if you are like me and love, love, love, scarfs, but dont want to dish out $20 bucks to get it, this is a really easy project to do. Right now trending is the circle scarf. It's pretty popular in the sense you just wrap it around your head twice and go. Not like regular scarfs where they can be confusing on how to wrap, tie and wrap, wrap....wait is this right??
I found this project on youtube (bc I'm a hands on learner) thru this group called Threadbanger or Craftzine....They have all kinds of DIY projects.
I highly recommend checking them out for cool ideas.
Here are the things I used:
Yarn Bee Fleece Lite in Iris 108 yards $5.59
Size N Hook or 10.00MM $3.19
4 hours of awesome music
Everything I got at hobby lobby
Now excuse if you see some imperfections. This is the FIRST scarf that I've ever made and I'm quite proud of it. I went for the chunkier yarn because it was a lot easier. I did find that 108 yards is not a whole lot of yarn. I still got little less then half and could probably make a dog sweater.
